The Detox Massage is a therapeutic experience that goes beyond relaxation to help rid the body of toxins and promote overall well-being.

This specialized massage technique combines various modalities to target specific areas of the body that may be holding onto toxins such as the lymphatic system, muscles, and tissues. This session begins with a 30-minute NormaTec therapy session, which uses compression technology to stimulate circulation and lymphatic flow, helping to flush out toxins and reduce swelling and inflammation. This is followed by a 30-minute infrared sauna treatment, which uses infrared heat to promote detoxification by inducing sweat and increasing blood circulation. After the initial detoxification process, the therapist then proceeds with a 60-minute massage using a combination of gentle and firm strokes. These strokes are specifically designed to release tension, reduce muscle stiffness, and enhance  lymphatic flow to support the body's natural detoxification process.
